Under the District Cooling Act, EMA may issue codes of practice for the regulation of activities and conduct in the district cooling industry. The following code of practice has been issued by the EMA.

District Cooling Services Supply Code

This code of practice sets out the minimum standards of performance which the licensee must meet in providing the district cooling service. The code also spells out the respective rights and obligations of the licensee and consumer as well as the technical requirements for connection to the district cooling system.
