Eligibility Criteria
- Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Excellent academic results
- Outstanding CCA track record
- Demonstrate strong leadership
- Good verbal and writing skills

Overseas Scholars
- Full tuition fees , examination and other related fees
- Monthly living allowance
- Book allowance
- Computer allowance
- Warm clothing allowance
- Settling-in allowance
- Return airfare (economy class)
- Language study fees, where applicable
Local Scholars
- Full tuition fees , examination and other related fees
- Monthly living allowance
- Book allowance
Fields of Study
Preferred fields of study include, but are not limited to:
- Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Environment and Chemical)

Bond Period
Local Undergraduate: Four years
Overseas Undergraduate: Six years
